Payment by credit card is a service made available by the Revenue Commissioner's Office starting the 2007 Ad Valorem Tax Collection Year. 
 
(Note: Real and Personal Property tax notices for the 2008 Tax Year were mailed on October 1, 2008, and the Revenue Commissioner's Office began collection of ad valorem taxes on Wednesday, October 1, 2008.  Collections have ended for the 2008 Tax Year.)

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW!

You will need to know the following before proceeding with your on-line payment:

1.  You will need to know the account number you wish to pay and the tax amount you need to pay on the account.  The account number and tax amount are on the notice mailed to the address listed on the account.  If your property has no Physical Address, enter an appropriate zip code (e.g. Gordo=35466, Reform=35481, Ethelsville=35461, Aliceville=35442 or Carrollton=35447) and list the Address as "Not Assigned".

 

2.  Your payment will be made using our Bureau Code.  The Pickens County Revenue Commissioner's Office has Bureau Code 3731895

 

3.  A 2.5% convenience fee is charged for this service.

 
4.  Be sure to get the confirmation number when your payment has been accepted by Certified Payments.
