By virtue of a decree rendered by the REVENUE COMMISSIONER'S Court at the March term of said county, I will
proceed to sell to the highest bidder, for cash,before the courthouse door in said county, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., Monday, April 30, 2007 ,the following described real estate for the taxes and cost due thereon for the tax year 2006, to wit:
